The ProAm Orion Jr DVC50 4' Compact Camera Crane/Jib is the perfect solution for a small price and small piece of equipment that can produce big results. This crane is ideal for stills or video with a DSLR or DV camera weighing up to eight pounds, allowing the user to reach those difficult shots. At four feet long and with an extension of two to three feet, thanks to its four-position fulcrum, the DVC50 can attach to a ProAm stand or strong tripod for extra height as high as nine feet while still benefitting from ProAm's auto-tilt feature. Once you have fixed and mounted your DSLR or DV video camera to the Camera Crane/Jib, the auto-tilt feature of the ProAm DVC50 ensures that your camera stays at that level and horizontal position all the time. Place right quantity of counterweights behind the ProAm DVC50 to allow effortless movements. There is also a large friction knob to adjust the drag on the arm while tilting. Top quality lightweight materials, scratch-resistant powder coating, combined with the high strength aluminum design ensures the durability of the ProAm DVC50 camera crane. The tripod mount is made from steel to prevent stripping of the threads when mounting to your tripod head.
