I was a bit hesitant about ordering because of the reviews saying how difficult it was to put together, but evidently the building process has been simplified. This arrived while I was out of town so my daughter started putting things together. She mentioned unpacking the box was a bit messy with all the small, static-filled styrofoam pieces, and she does recommend watching the StyleWell videos. My daughter has almost no experience building things but she was able to do 9 of the 10 steps in the instruction guide all by herself. When I arrived home we completed building the fireplace. I would recommend having 2 people complete step 10, if possible, just because it is difficult to hold the fireplace and install screws all by yourself. 1 ... MoreThis is a lovely electric fireplace.
